Parmesan Crusted Roasted Vegetables
Bite into our delicious Parmesan Crusted Roasted Vegetables made with Hellmann's® Original Mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and more.
- 1 kg or 6 cups fresh vegetables, sliced 1cm thick
- 125 ml or 1/2 cup Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise
- 62.5 ml or 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml or 2 Tbsp Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, then arrange vegetables in a single layer.
- Combine Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise with cheese in small bowl.
- Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture over vegetables, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and golden brown.
