Island Style Fish Pizza
This rustic folded skillet pizza is inspired by the casual eating style of exotic Zanzibar. Flaky white fish, perfectly flavoured with Robertsons Fish Spice and Garlic Flakes and enveloped by crispy pizza dough, is the perfect anytime meal for the whole family to enjoy. Serve sliced with spicy chilli sauce.

- Flaked Fish:
- 300 g firm white fleshed fish fillets (skin & bones removed)
- 30 ml or 2 Tbsp Robertsons Spice for Fish
- 15 ml or 1 Tbsp Robertsons Garlic flakes
- 15 ml or 1 Tbsp Salted Butter or Ghee melted
- 5 ml or 1 Tsp Robertsons Salt
- 2.5 ml or ½ Tsp Robertsons Black Pepper
- For the Dough:
- 375 ml or 1 ½ Cups All-purpose flour
- 5 ml or 1 Tsp Robertsons Salt
- 30 ml or 2 Tbsp Oil
- 125 ml or ½ Cup Water
- For the Pocket Filling:
- 187 ml or ¾ Cup Plum Tomato, deseeded & diced
- 125 ml or ½ Cup Red Onion, diced
- 90 ml or ¼ Cup & 2 Tbsp) Tangy Mayonnaise
- 30 ml or 2 Tbsp chopped Coriander
- 60 g Plain Cream Cheese
- 30 ml or 2 Tbsp Robertsons Spice for Fish
- 4 to 6 Eggs
