- 90 ml margarine
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 pork sausages, skin removed
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 green apple, peeled and grated
- 30 ml fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 60 g pecan nuts, chopped
- 3.5 kg turkey, giblets removed and cleaned
- 60 ml margarine
- 2 Knorr chicken stock pots
- 250 ml water
