Aromat Peri-Peri Chicken Livers

- 30 ml or 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 15 ml or 1 tbsp of crushed garlic
- 700 g fresh chicken livers
- 250 ml or 1 cup prego sauce / peri peri sauce
- 15 ml or 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 7.5 ml or 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 7.5 ml or 1 tsp Aromat Peri-Peri
- 2.5 ml or 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 medium fresh parsley for garnishing
