Tomato Pilchard Pasta with Spinach
If you still have plenty of canned pilchards left from your bulk buy, then add them to pasta for a delicious meal that will feed many hungry tummies.
- 200 g durum wheat spaghetti
- 15 ml sunflower oil
- 10 ml crushed garlic
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 x 400 g tinned pilchards in tomato sauce (or pilchards in hot chilli sauce)
- ½ bunch spinach, chopped
- 400 ml water
- 48 g sachet Knorr Savoury Mince Dry Cook-in-Sauce
