- 175 g unsalted butter
- 150 g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 375 g white sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 90 ml of Hellmann's mayonnaise, room temperature
- 30 ml of vanilla essence
- 250 g of cocoa powder
- 250 g of cake flour
- 5 ml of salt
- 250 g chocolate chips
- Ola Rich ‘n Creamy vanilla ice cream for serving
- *optional* chocolate ganache for garnish:
- 80 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 125 ml fresh cream
