Ingredients
- For the roosterkoek:
- 1250 ml (5 cups) cake flour
- 1 x 10 g sachet instant dry yeast
- 60 ml (4 Tbsp) sunflower oil
- About 375 ml (1½ cups) lukewarm water
- 2 onions, peeled and chopped
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) Robertsons Braai & Grill All-In-One
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) sugar
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp) balsamic vinegar
- For the spiced herb butter:
- 100 g salted butter
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) Robertsons Braai & Grill Spicy BBQ
- 10 ml (2 tsp) Robertsons crushed Garlic
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and finely chopped
