How to cook:
1. Cook rice according to preparation instructions.
2. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chicken strips until golden brown.
3. Add the vegetables and fry for 3 minutes. Add 225 ml water and the contents of the pouch and bring to the boil.
4. Allow to simmer covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in the chopped spring onions before serving. Serve with cooked Basmati rice.
For an authentic taste marinade the chicken strips with 2 tbsp sesame oil for 30 minutes.
